We place a high priority on quickly and safely delivering your purchases to you. Because we cherish each and every customer, we entrust our carefully chosen courier with the delivery of our packages. It's also the reason we need that your order be signed for; if you won't be present, let us know if you have a substitute in mind, such as a coworker, neighbor, etc.

Please note that deliveries may not be made on weekends or public holidays due to these factors.

• Within Lagos and Abuja, the Standard Delivery Method costs ₦1,500.00 or less.
• Within Lagos and Abuja, order arrival is between one and three business days.
• Outside of Lagos & Abuja, Standard Delivery Method costs ₦3000.00.
• Order arrival outside Lagos and Abuja takes between 5 and 10 business days.

Furthermore, please note that:

• Aroma Exclusive Perfumes disclaims any liability for harm done after delivery.
• Aroma Exclusive Perfumes disclaims liability for products that are signed by someone else.
• On the day of delivery, customer service must be notified of any claims for shortages or damages.
• Once orders have been dispatched, we are unable to change them.
• Please contact our Customer Services Team at info@aromaexclusive.com or 08174040404 from Monday through Saturday, 9.00am–4.00pm, if you have any more questions about Aroma Exclusive Perfumes.ng delivery.
• Free store pickup.
• Upon receiving an order, the customer must sign for it.
• Prior to signing for the package upon arrival, the client must confirm that the order is accurate and delivered in good condition.
• The delivery period runs from the day your purchase is completed to the day one of our delivery personnel tries to deliver to you for the first time.
