Refund policy

Please note the following before raising claims for refunds of items

  • Please be informed that all items purchased after 7 days or on-sales and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We won't give refunds or replace anything that were brought in that were defective or damaged because of carelessness or consumer handling.
  • Without a purchase receipt or other convincing evidence of purchase from an Aroma Exclusive Perfumes store, products returned will not be reimbursed or replaced.
  • To confirm consumer allegations, the Product Quality Assurance Unit will examine products with factory defaults.
  • Online falsehoods and libel that targets the reputation of the Aroma Exclusive Perfumes brand and other products we carry. lawsuit will be involved.
  • Please try to contact our customer service department via our shops, website, email, social media accounts, or phone number.
  • Visit our Help Center or the Aroma Exclusive Perfumes customer service site to file a complaint.
  • Only between 5 and 7 working days are required for the reimbursement of cash excess paid via bank transfers or paystack.
  • Cash refunds for other explicitly mentioned and authorized causes are only processed and issued within 5 to 7 business days.
