From the time of payment, your order life circle starts. The time it takes to be delivered depends on your location and from which store it was shipped. Our standard delivery period is 24 hours for orders within Lagos and 2 to 5 days for other states in Nigeria
Same day delivery is available for orders made before 12 noon in Lagos and Abuja
You can check the status of your order by emailing us. Please also check your SPAM or JUNK folder in your email account to see if the order confirmation email is there.
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to Customer Service within 72 hours of delivery and will be resolved within 7 working days. We may insist that you send a picture of the damaged product or return it to us before any action can be taken. For defective items, on receipt of the item, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance Unit to verify claims and feedback will be given within 7 working days. If you have requested a refund or an exchange on a returned item, it will be processed within 5-7 working days upon receipt of the returned product.
All refunds will be issued in the same method of payment as the original payment.
Shipping fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
Promotional Terms & Conditions: When promotional items are included in the original transaction, it MUST be returned along with the order or the value of the promotional item will be deducted from the refund amount
Shipping in Lagos is FREE for some other and cost effective for some, while charges for other states in Nigeria are displayed on our ‘Delivery information” page. Shipping cost remains the same irrespective of the volume or quantity ordered anywhere in Nigeria.
